This book was the best because it had a large number of questions (5 choices like the DAT) sorted by topics and with explanations that made sense. I used the online component to sort the questions and target my studying even further. Was prepared, confident and got the results I needed on the DAT. I asked my chem instructor to review the book for me and he said the material looked solid. I spent the time to practice all the questions and I am really happy that I did. However, the explanations for some are not very good. Some don't really take a conceptual approach to the problem and others just have downright wrong answers. Lots of questions yes but they do tend to get repetative. There is only so many times you can ask how many neutrons ____ atom has. Nevertheless still some good questions (especially when you get to calculation based questions) that will help you along if you are studying for chemistry. Unfortunately, there are no explanations for the answers like they had for the biology book so you very much have to figure out where you went wrong yourself. Overall good for a final chem tuneup but would suggest fewer repetative questions and putting in an explanation section for some questions instead ( Reviewed in Canada on November 9, 2015 )
